Jacqui Young fell in love with the world of balloons in 1995 when she had her wedding accessory shop, Attractions, in Airdrie. She made fresh flowers bouquets for the wedding party, hand crafted jewellery and tiaras and even tried her hand at wedding stationery
Always looking for something new she started decorating with balloons for weddings. In those days most weddings , if they had balloons. had a top table arch with bouquets of 4 on the tables. It was new and exciting to make such a formal occasion into a fun , memorable event for everyone to enjoy.
Balloon decor has come a long way since 1995. Although the principles and elements of design are the same, techniques, equipment and the array of balloons available have vastly changed. Balloons are now for almost every occasion. from Baby showers to themed birthday parties and everything in between.

Qualifications at Classic Touch Balloons
Jacqui achieved her CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) in 2015 with Qualatex, the worlds best balloons. A CBA is an industry recognised qualification for excellence , knowledge and understanding of balloons. We invest heavily into training and education and is a very important part of what we do. Jacqui travels the country to learn for the best for teachers from all across the word. This means she can make and design excellent balloons that are not readily available elsewhere . Balloons are available for collection, delivery or set up as the occasion requires. Balloons can be personalised for weddings, Christenings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Communions or any occasion you can think of. We even have balloons that can be printed with photographs for an extra special person.
We also offer handmade tails for our bubble balloons and personalised keepsake weights for the recipient to treasure. The weights can have memorable information on them like the birth date and weight of a baby, the date of a wedding or the date a 1st communion is made.
We are situated in central Scotland which means we are easily accessible to most of the central belt.
